چکیده

answer. However, there is no reason why reactions cannot be carried out on such devices. Since it does not require the investment of a large chemical plant, the reactions can be performed where required, thus reducing the need to transport hazardous chemicals across countries. Since many reactors can be constructed on a single chip, and many chips located in the same area, it is evident that this technology will provide hazardous or chemically unstable chemicals where they are required.

On-line identification of trans- and cis-resveratrol by nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis/fluorescence spectroscopy at 77 K.

This work presents a novel method for the accurate determining trans- and cis-resveratrol (3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene) by nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis/fluorescence spectroscopy at 77 K. The proposed method permits not only the separation of resveratrol isomers, but also ensures that on-line spectra are readily distinguishable and unambiguously assigned. The experimental results also indi...

Stacking and low-temperature technique in nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis for the analysis of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine.

Low-temperature and ambient-temperature nonaqueous stacking techniques in capillary electrophoresis (CE) are described for the first time. A low-temperature bath was used to control the temperature from ambient to subzero degrees, by which a novel hyphenated method, low-temperature bath-nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis stacking (LTB-NACE stacking) is demonstrated. 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamph...

Separation of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs by capillary electrophoresis using nonaqueous electrolytes.

The aim of the present work was to investigate the separation of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs: niflumic acid, flufenamic acid, piroxicam, alclofenac, tiaprofenic acid, flurbiprofen, suprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen, indomethacin, carprofen, indoprofen, sulindac) in capillary electrophoresis (CE) using completely nonaqueous systems. The influence of different parameters such as nat...

Optimization of the Nonaqueous Capillary Electrophoresis Separation of Metal Ions Using Mixture Design and Response Surface Methods

Mixture experimental design was used to enhance the separation selectivity of metal ions in nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis. The separation of cations (Ag, Fe, Cr, Mn, Cd, Co, Pb, Ni, Zn and Cu) was achieved using imidazole as UV co-ion for indirect detection. Acetic acid was chosen as an electrolyte because its cathodic electroosmotic flow permits faster separation. The composition of org...

Separation of open-cage fullerenes using nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis.

In this study, nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) was used to separate three open-cage fullerenes. Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) was used as the nonaqueous background electrolyte to change the analytes' mobilities. The selectivity and separation efficiency were critically affected by the nature of the buffer system, the choice of organic solvent, and the concentrations of TFA and sodium a...

Determination of enantiomers by FESI-sweeping with an acid-labile sweeper in nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis.

In this work, a facile and highly efficient on-line concentration strategy based on a coupling of field enhanced sample injection (FESI) and sweeping was developed for the determination of trace enantiomers (propranolol, PL) by nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE). In this FESI-sweeping method, the use of a sample of high acidity and low conductivity (pH* = 2.5, 4.0 μS cm(-1)) allowed fo...
